3722068 - Transportation Management (tm) Role Templates not Appearing in TDD Environment

Transportation Management (TM) role templates are not appearing in search results within the TDD (Test-Demo-Development) environment. Users cannot locate or assign TM-specific business role templates for role creation.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Activate the Enterprise Management bundle in the TDD environment.
2. Attempt to search or display TM-related role templates in the TDD environment.

The corresponding CB user does not have proper role assignment and hence the user cannot see the relevant role templates.

The Enterprise Management bundle is a prerequisite for the business processes with Transportation Management. The Enterprise Management bundle shall be selected in scope before the Transportation Management scope items.

To assign the SAP_BR_DISPATCHER role, you can follow the below steps; 

1. Go to Maintain Business Roles App 
2. Click on Create From Template
3. In the New Pop Up Screen, search for SAP_BR_DISPATCHER template
4. Select - You can define the New Business Role ID and Description
5. Click on ok and now you will be taken to new page
6. Under General Role Details tab
7. Confirm Business Role ID and Description
8. Go to Access Categories
9. Give Unrestricted Access to Write, Read & Value Help
10. Further in the Business Catalogs tab, you can see the relevant Catalogs
11. You can Add or Remove the catalogs. Further in IAM Apps tab
12. You can see the relevant Apps available for this role

Note: Below list of roles is required to execute the scope items 6W1, 6W2, 6W3 and 6W4 in SAP S/$HANA Transportation Management Cloud Public Edition.

Shipping Specialist - SAP_BR_SHIPPING_SPECIALIST - Shipping
Transportation Buyer - SAP_BR_TRANSP_BUYER - Transportation Procurement
Billing Clerk - SAP_BR_BILLING_CLERK - Billing
Warehouse Operative (EWM) - SAP_BR_WAREHOUSE_OPERATIVE_EWM - Warehouse Floor
Warehouse Clerk (EWM) - SAP_BR_WAREHOUSE_CLERK_EWM - Warehouse Office

Freight Settlement (6W4_DE) 
Transportation Buyer - SAP_BR_TRANSP_BUYER - Transportation Procurement
Accounts Payable Accountant - SAP_BR_AP_ACCOUNTANT - Accounts Payable / Central Invoice Management - Supplier Invoices / Central Invoicing - Supplier Invoice
Configuration Expert - Business Process Configuration - SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT - 
Business Process Configuration / Business Process Configuration - Finance / Business Process Configuration - Procurement / Manage your Solution / Business Process Configuration - Workflow / Business Configuration - Feature Management / Business Process Configuration - Extensibility Explorer / Business Configuration - Transportation

Create these roles in the system and then assign it to the relevant CB users. Later they should be able to access TM related apps.
