3722097 - Side-by-side view is not working in Latest Performance Form Experience

When Latest Performance Form Experience enabled, Manager is unable to view subject ratings provided by the Employee; Side-by-side view is not working.
Similarly vice-versa, Employee is unable to view Item Rating provided by manager.

1. Proxy as a Manager and access the form.

2. Only Manager rating (item-rating) is displayed, Side-by-side view is not working.

3. Similarly cross check if Employee has "read" permission for Manager rating (item-rating), the item-rating is not displayed.

The Manager/Employee has no access to Gap Analysis or Ratings from Others.

As per the current design for the Latest Form Experience, within the Goals, Competency, and Skill sections, users are not able to view manager and employee ratings in a side-by-side view

This behavior is available when either of the following conditions is met:

1. The user role has both:
   • Gap Analysis Pod permission
   • Ratings from Others permission
2. If the user does not have Gap Analysis Pod permission:
   • EZ Rater is configured for the section in template XML (sect-mode="EZ-Rater")
     Note: By default, EZ Rater displays numeric rating gaps next to the official and employee ratings used to calculate the gaps. You can hide the gaps using show-gap="false".
