3722109 - Manager View: Team Absence Calendar visibility with Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment

In Team Absence Calendar, the manager sees only the primary employment; the concurrent employment is missing.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off 

1. Sign in as the manager (Proxy), then go to Quick Actions > View Team Absences.
2. The employee has two jobs: a primary job and a concurrent job, and you are the manager for both.
3. In the Team Absence Calendar, you can only see absences for the employee’s primary job. Absences for their concurrent job do not appear.

System limitation

What shows in the Team Absence Calendar depends on Global Assignment:

• If Global Assignment is ON: you will only see absences for the primary job. Absences for the concurrent job are hidden. This is a known limitation when Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment are used together.
• If Global Assignment is OFF: you can see absences for both the primary and concurrent jobs.
