3722215 - EP User or NON Employee Central User Field Visibility Legacy People Profile vs Latest People Profile

Symptom

After enabling the Latest People Profile, the cards for EP profiles under Personal Data (Personal Information, Biographical Information, etc.) and Job Data (Employment Details, etc.) are not visible. These blocks were previously displayed under sections.

  • User Type: NON Employee Central User / Employee Profile User Only
  • Legacy People Profile: Biographical Information Person ID and Employment Details Hire Date displaying correctly
  • Latest People Profile: Biographical Information Person ID and Employment Details Hire Date not displaying despite same permissions
