After enabling the Latest People Profile, the cards for EP profiles under Personal Data (Personal Information, Biographical Information, etc.) and Job Data (Employment Details, etc.) are not visible. These blocks were previously displayed under sections.

• User Type: NON Employee Central User / Employee Profile User Only
• Legacy People Profile: Biographical Information Person ID and Employment Details Hire Date displaying correctly

1. Enable the Latest People Profile in the system.
2. Observe that cards for EP profiles under Personal Data (Personal Information, Biographical Information, etc.) and Job Data (Employment Details, etc.) are not visible.

Current Behavior

Latest People Profile

• Biographical Information section: Person ID field not appearing or showing "There's nothing to show yet" message
• Employment Details section: Hire Date field missing from display that should be visible
• Inconsistent behavior compared to legacy interface for NON EC users ( this is expected in the Latest People Profile (PPX) for Non-EC users.)
• User interface appears incomplete with missing expected biographical and employment sections

Legacy People Profile ( PP3)

• Biographical Information section: Person ID field displays with Person Id External value
• Employment Details section: Hire Date field shows expected employment start date information
• Permission level properly respected for field access through Employee Profile permissions
• Platform fields accessible based on role-based permissions configuration

Non-EC users are restricted from accessing EC cards (Biographical Information and Employment Information) in the Latest People Profile (PPX). This change was made intentionally as part of the design update.

As confirmed with the Developer team, this is the expected behavior in PPX. Non-EC users are restricted from accessing EC cards, including Biographical Information and Employment Information, as these are EC cards.

We understand this represents a change compared to PP3; however, this was a conscious design decision.

If the customer has further concerns, they are welcome to submit an Influence request for consideration.
