3722244 - Is it possible to fetch only the amended line items in the addendum document instead of all line items?

Symptom

After amendment of contracts, all line items, including those not amended, are updated in Table Definition in the Addendum Document. Is it possible to fetch only the amended line items in the Addendum Document instead of all line items?
