3722248 - Transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB, the "Configuration" tab displays an error message: 'Business Server Page (BSP) error'.

Symptom

  • BSP error encountered while configuring AIC_CMCD_H/AICCMCDHEADEREF or any other view and selecting the Configuration tab.
  • Custom partner functions are not visible in the configuration UI.
  • Error text processed in the system: BSP Error "Dereferencing of the NULL reference".
    Exception Class: CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL.
    Error Name: CL_AIC_CM_C_BSPWDCOMPONE2_IMPLCP.
    Program: CL_AIC_CM_C_BSPWDCOMPONE2_IMPLCM005.
    Method: LOAD_CHECK_RESULT.
    Attempted dynamic method call on an initial (NULL) object reference causing the error.
