3722491 - Enqueue Replicator 2 is in YELLOW Running but status info unavailable

Symptom

  • ERS 2 (Enqueue replicator 2) shows yellow status when checked with sapcontrol command:
                  sapcontrol -nr <instance_number> -function GetProcessList
     
    enq_replicator, Enqueue Replicator 2, YELLOW, Running but status info unavailable 

  • However, message server is attached, connected and system is up running normally. There are no abnormal errors in the file "dev_enq_replicator".
