Symptom

An error occurs when attempting to send an EPS to HMRC via PB2A Manager:

"The entry in [TAXMONTH] of MM is only valid if the submission is made between 6 MM and 19 MM inclusive of the [RELATEDTAXYEAR]."

The EPS submission is rejected at the HMRC Gateway with "Business error".
