3722819 - Open Tasks Are Not Visible For Purchase Requests

Unable to view Open Tasks for Purchase Requests for User ABC (ABC represents User's name).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Requests view.
3. Enable Open Tasks in the drop-down menu.

No tasks are displayed for the user ABC.

If user ABC is not granted write access to the Purchase Requests view, Purchase Requests (Manual) view, Purchase Request Bundling Runs view the related tasks will not be displayed.

To correct the access restrictions, follow the below steps

1. Go to Application and User Management Workcenter.
2. Go to Business Users View.
3. Search User ABC.
4. Select Edit->Attribute Rights.
5. Go to Access Restrictions tab.
6. Select Write Access -> Unrestricted for Purchase Requests View.
7. Select Write Access -> Unrestricted for Purchase Requests (Manual).
8. Select Write Access -> Unrestricted for Purchase Request Bundling.
