Gender field is available across the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. The Gender field is available in the Recruiting module as a standard field.
2. The Gender field can also be configured as a custom field in other areas of the platform based on business requirements.
3. Within the Recruiting module:

• The Gender field is completed by external candidates during account creation.
• Recruiters can also edit this field based on assigned permissions.
