3723146 - Onboarding 2.0 – Using “Native Preferred Language” in the Locale Selection Rule for Emails and Notifications

Symptom

  • Email notifications in Onboarding 2.0 are not sent in the candidate’s expected language even though the Native Preferred Language field is maintained.
  • The locale (message language) for Onboarding emails defaults to the system or user default language instead of the candidate’s Native Preferred Language.
  • Business rule for Select Email Message Locale is not picking up the Native Preferred Language.
