3723253 - Data not loading in HDI Administration panel in Hana Cloud Central

Symptom

Following symptoms are observed when HDI Administration panel for a HANA Cloud instance is accessed in HANA Cloud Central:

  • Data in the "Groups & Containers" panel appears and disappears in a loop.
  • Data in the "Privileges" panel remains stuck on "Loading Data..." indefinitely.
  • Continuous requests observed in browser tools under the Network tab.
