3723289 - Why did address information in the Supplier Registration Questionnaire change without supplier action in Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)?

Symptom

I noticed that after a new version of the Supplier Registration Questionnaire was created in SLP, some address details, such as House Number, were missing or changed.

The supplier did not submit any updates or resubmissions.
