3723320 - Executing carrier is not visible in freight booking document

Symptom

Business partner which has Carrier role assigned is not visible from the list of executing carriers in Freight Booking.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to access the list of executing carriers in Freight Booking.
  2. Observe that business partners with Carrier role assignment do not appear in the search results.

Cause

  • The current system behavior displays only business partners that have all required roles assigned in the relevant partner function U3.
  • Business partners without all required roles (CRM010, FLVN00, FLVN01) in the partner function, do not appear in the search results.

Resolution

  1. Verify the roles assigned to the business partner.
  2. Ensure that the business partner has all required roles ( CRM010, FLVN00, FLVN01 )
  3. Update the roles of the business partner if necessary to meet the requirements.
