3723328 - Button Label Cut Off in Performance Review Form

• Text labels within a pop-up window in performance forms are truncated or cut off.
• Hover functionality to view the full text is not available.

• SAP Successfactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to Performance Inbox and open the Performance Review Form
2. Attempt to route the form into the next process step by clicking the send to next step button.
3. Observe that the button text labels within the pop-up window are truncated or cut off.

• The behavior is due to the system's design to preserve layout consistency and usability.
• The width of the text labels does not dynamically adjust based on the length of the configured label.
• The pop-up window has a fixed and predefined width, constraining the text labels within its layout.

The behavior is standard system design and not a defect.

1. Note that the system does not dynamically resize buttons or text labels to accommodate longer labels, ensuring consistent alignment and avoiding layout distortion.
2. If dynamic button resizing or improved handling of longer labels is desired in future releases, submit an enhancement request through the Customer Community for review by the Product Management Team.
