Customer is requesting for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for an issue which occurred only for some duration and then was working as expected.

Cause
Please note that a formal RCA is provided only for specific cases that meet the defined guidelines. This policy applies exclusively to major, infrastructure-level incidents or outages that are officially published in the Cloud Availability Center (CAC) at the time of occurrence.
For other types of issues—such as general application defects, configuration-related concerns, or individual feature-specific issues—an official RCA document is not provided under the current policy.
Resolution
