Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to read files from HANA Cloud Data Lake Files in HANA Cloud Data Lake Relational Engine.
  • The issue began after a certification in the HANA Cloud Data Lake configuration was accidentally deleted.
  • The error message encountered is:
    Could not execute 'load table, ...'
    Error: (dberror) [-1014082]: Could not recover from HDLFS error: Could not parse length from response. Please try again. -- (oslib/hos_HDLFS.cxx 1622) 
  • Special characters such as '/' were replaced with '%2f' in troubleshooting attempts.
  • The issue was triggered using the attached SQL script "load code.txt".
  • Time of issue occurrence: 2026-02-25 14:52:10.
