3723571 - Rewards page opens only on reload - Rewards & Recognition

Symptom

When opening the rewards page and attempting to nominate someone, the page keeps loading indefinitely. It only opens properly after refreshing the page.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Rewards & Recognition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Rewarding page
  2. Choose someone to nominate
  3. Choose a program
  4. Click on "Next"
  5. Page keeps loading
  6. Refresh the page and it loads

Cause

This is currently a known issue.

Resolution

Engineering team have found a fix and it will be part of the next release. The release dates are specified here Product Release and Road Map Information | SAP SuccessFactors | SAP Community and are planned to Preview: April 13th and Production: May 15 - 16.
