3723611 - Arbetsförmedlingen - Transition to new API - Recruiting Posting

The old integration method will be shut down at the end of March and the transition to the new API of Arbetsförmedlingen is under development. Customer will have to modify their configuration to use the new integration.

The transition to the new API is scheduled for March 27th. 

This transition will require customer to modify their configuration.

1. Employer Consent Process

The employer must provide consent by:

• Logging into their account at https://arbetsformedlingen.se/for-arbetsgivare
• Navigating to the “Annonsera i Platsbanken” section
• Clicking on “Hantera medgivanden”
• Entering the consent key that will be available under "Manager Recruiting Posting" > "My job boards" > "Arbetsförmedlingen" > Look for the field "Employer ID", consent key will be available as part of the "Employer ID" help text.

2. Updating Employer ID in Customer Configuration

All existing customer configurations will be marked with a missing error. To continue with the new integration, customers must update their configuration with the correct Employer ID.

How to Find the Employer ID:

• The employer can locate their Employer ID (Organisationens kundnummer) by:
• Logging into their account at https://arbetsformedlingen.se/for-arbetsgivare
• Navigating to “Hantera organisation” (Manage Organization) and get the employer id.
• Insert Employer ID into your Arbetsförmedlingen configuration in "Manager Recruiting Posting" > "My job boards" > "Arbetsförmedlingen".

Additional Information : 

• Jobs posted using the V1 (XML) integration cannot be modified through the V2 (JSON) integration. Therefore "edit" and "deletion" request made after the integration date for posting posted before the integration date will not be take into account. To delete a job from the previous integration customer will have to request the job board to perform the action.
• The targeted production release date for the new integration is March 23 (tentative).
