3723663 - Sales orders archived but the stock still appears in table MSKA/ MSSA - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

  • Sales orders has been archived, there is still stock exist in MSKA, MSSA
  • Users want to clear the residual stock recorded in the system.
  • Transfer posting or goods issue can no longer be performed for this sales order stock and one of the following errors is issued. 
    - V1 302: SD document & is not in the database or has been archived. 
    - V2 143: Item &2 in sales document &1 does not exist.
