3723691 - Pension/Retirement Savings Plan: Contribution Percentages are being displayed as 0 in non-English languages - Employee Central

Contribution percentages (Employer Contribution and Your Contribution) are displayed correctly in English but appear as 0 in other languages during employee enrollment in the Benefits section.

1. Navigate to the Benefits Section;
2. Select the pension plan under and click the enroll button;
3. Review the plan details (Employer Contribution and Your Contribution) in English; percentages are displayed correctly;
4. Switch the system language to another language;
5. Access the enrollment summary or registered benefits;
6. Observe that contribution percentages are displayed as 0.

The system debug key BENEFITS_EOI_INS_COST is incorrectly resolving the parameter {0} in non-English languages, reading it as (0) instead of the actual calculated percentage value.

Known issue.

The fix will be deployed with the 1H2026 release.
