Description format option missing for dimension in chart in SAC

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.2.3 
• Live BW 

1. Login to SAC
2. Open Story
3. Select any chart from widgets. 
4. Add dimension 
5. Click on more option on selected dimension
6. Select display option

Notice: Description format option is not available

Respect text presentations defined at the BW Query level are not enabled. When working with live connections to SAP BW and BW-based data sources, the BW Query level default text layout must be used for charts, input controls, and explorer. The BW Query text display setting also affects the Display As setting.

1. Navigate to SAC > System > Administration > System Configuration
2. Enable the "Respect text presentations that are defined at the BW Query level" option.
