3723840 - Dispute Case cannot be edited via the Dispute Case Fiori app

Symptom

  • A Dispute Case is created when there is a mismatch between the expected invoice amount from the Freight Order and the amount submitted by the carrier in the Carrier Invoice.
  • However, when navigating to the Dispute Case in the Fiori app and clicking the "Edit" button, the document does not switch to edit mode. No error message is displayed, and the document remains in display mode.
  • Additionally, in the Dispute Case, the Workflow Status is "Awaiting Approval".
