3723867 - FEB_FILE_HANDLING job issue - duplicate file processing possible for EBS file format camt054.

Symptom

  • The FEB_FILE_HANDLING process does not control whether a file is being uploaded and not completely finished, leading to duplicate file processing.
  • The same file is treated multiple times by the hourly job scheduled in transaction SM36.
  • Duplicate CAMT054 statements are uploaded to the system, resulting in duplicated postings.
