3723970 - The data in the custom fields doesn't flow to pricing in sales documents- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When creating a sales document, the custom fields are missing in pricing although these fields are available in the sales document.

As a result, the pricing error occurs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales document.
2. Check the custom field in sales document and the data in custom field is available.
3. Observe the condition types that use the custom field for determination.
4. The condition types are not determined.
5. Access to the item level, navigate to condition tab and click the "Analysis".
6. The custom field is initial in pricing analysis.

There's something wrong on the configuration of the custom fields.

In the app "Custom fields", to enable the usage of the custom fields for respective business scenario according to different business context:

• Sales Document to Pricing Communication on Header Level/Sales Document to Pricing Communication on Item Level.
• Billing Document to Pricing Communication on Header Level/Billing Document to Pricing Communication on Item Level.
