Symptom

• An error occurs when launching the Manage Bank Accounts app.  
• The error message displayed is "Target was not found. resource fin/cash/brm/bankaccount/manage/ext/view/OutputManagement.view.xml could not be loaded from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_bank_acc/xxxxxxxx/ext/view/OutputManagement.view.xml. Check for 'file not found' or parse errors.".
