3724209 - AC187 during creation of Legacy Data Transfer segment although fiscal year settings appear consistent

 

When creating a Legacy Data Transfer (LDT) segment in transaction FAA_CMP or FAA_CMP_LDT, the system raises the following error:

AC187
Transfer date & is more than one year after the closed fiscal year.

Additional observations:

• The transfer date is within the fiscal year following the last closed fiscal year
  (e.g. last closed fiscal year = 2025, transfer date = 30.04.2026).

• The LDT segment is not created.

• Field DATUM remains empty.

• Tables T093B and T093C appear to contain consistent fiscal year information.

In some cases, the issue may also occur together with:

• Error FAA_CMP030

• Errors during fiscal year closing (AJAB)
