3724357 - Your Onboarding Checklist card in the homepage does not show pending compliance form - Onboarding

Onbordee has the tile Your Onboarding Checklist in the homepage, but it shows E-Signature pending and no other card is present for the pending Compliance task.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Onbordee has multiple pending tasks: E-Signature and Compliance tasks for example
2. Onbordee login to the instance
3. There is 'Your Onboarding Checklist' tile in the homepage
4. Tile only shows pending E-Signature task
5. There is no tile in the homepage for the pending Compliance task

• Your Onboarding Checklist tile is designed to show the task on the homepage based on the due date. The task with the nearest deadline will be displayed.
• For example: If the E-Signature has a soonest due date compared to the Compliance task, the E-Signature task will show in the Your Onboarding Checklist tile, this is expected behavior.

This is expected behavior: Your Onboarding Checklist tile is designed to consolidate the due tasks for Onboarding. Enhancement requests can be submitted following KBA 2090228.
