3724374 - Overall Form Rating not Appearing in Story Report

Symptom

Overall Form Ratings equal to 100 or above 100 are not appearing in Story Reports despite the data being available in Performance Forms and Ad Hoc reports. Ratings below 100 appear in story reports too.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a story report with Performance Management schema
  2. Include column: Overall Form Rating
  3. See that the report shows ratings below 100 but do not show ratings equal to 100 or above 100. "-" appears instead
  4. Run a table report with same columns
  5. See that all the Overall Form ratings appear

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround  

Use Ad-hoc report to get Overall Form Ratings.
