System copy failed with the below error:

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.5 > SA PASE > System Copy > Target System > Standard System > Based on AS ABAP >
Standard System (Last error reported by the step: Process call 'E:\usr|sap\SID\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\sapliKey

•    Choose Retry to repeat the current step.
