3724552 - Error during fiscal year change execution prevents certain fixed asset balances from being transferred to the next year

When running the Fiscal Year Change, certain fixed asset values fail to transfer to the next period and do not appear in the Overview tab of the Fixed Asset Master Data window. The System Message Log displays the error: Non-Valid Posting period; specify an alternative date or period.
