3724645 - Training completion not recorded for LinkedIn courses in LMS

LinkedIn course imported to LMS is not recording completion and the following error is encountered:

"LINKEDINLEARNING is associated with Multiple Items. Cannot proceed with Record Learning"

SAP SucessFactors Learning

1. Access a course imported from LinkedIn Learning in the system.
2. Attempt to record the completion of the course.
3. Observe that the completion is not recorded, and the error message is displayed.

Multiple instances of the same course ID exist in LMS with different item IDs, causing the system to return an error when recording completion.

Create a ticket under LOD-SF-LMS-OCN component. The support engineer would further reach out to the engineering team who would run a script from the backend after customer approval, to remove the duplicate LinkedIn courses with different item IDs.
