3724706 - The "Sales Office" and "Sales Group" fields empty in credit memo request

When the refund control for a return order is set to "P - Create Credit Memo Request", the "Sales Office" and "Sales Group" fields in the automatically created credit memo request are empty, even if the "Sales Office" and "Sales Group" fields in the return order have values.

This is standard system behavior.

1. To automatically populate the "Sales Office" and "Sales Group" fields when creating a credit memo request with reference to a return order, submit this requirement as a feature request through the Customer Influence Portal under the session SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales. 
2. As a workaround, use the BAdI SD_APM_SET_APPROVAL_REASON to create custom logic. This will ensure that an error message is displayed when the "Sales Office" and "Sales Group" fields are not populated in the credit memo request.
