Symptom
When attempting to assign activities using the Lasso feature on the Service Map, the assignment does not complete successfully. The system displays an error and no activities are assigned to the technician.
Typical messages shown in such cases may include, for example:
- "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again, or contact your administrator"
- "0 activities were assigned to the Tech"
