Symptom
When using the High Contrast white text on black background accessibility feature in Chrome, typing a comment in objectives/goals or KPI fields limits the length of the text to 1/3 of the text box and creates a scroll bar.
This issue does not occur when using Chrome in regular mode without accessibility enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Enable the High Contrast white text on black background accessibility feature in Chrome.
- Navigate to Objectives/Development goals.
- Select a goal and start typing a comment.
- Observe that the length of the text is limited to 1/3 of the text box, and a scroll bar is created.
- Edit a goal and type in the KPI field to observe the same behavior.
Resolution
Engineering has fixed this issue and planned to be released with 1H 2026 release.
