3724873 - Creating a VLS Class - VLS Error Code: Unable to send email as the sender email was not provided

When creating a VLS enabled class and selecting to notify the instructor, the system provides an error:

• The meeting could not be updated on the VLS server. Please try again later or note the error code and contact your VLS administrator.
• VLS Error Code: Unable to send email as the sender email was not provided

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The Application Notification Admin Email value is not properly configured.

1. Go to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail tab
2. Provide an email address value in the Application Notification Admin Email field. It is suggest that the Application Notification User Email field also be updated if not.
