3724930 - 'Messages could not be loaded' error message in 'Manage Documented Credit Decisions' App

Symptom

In the 'Manage Documented Credit Decisions' App (F5587), selecting 'Show Credit Check Log' for some documented credit decisions shows the error: 'Messages could not be loaded'. The behavior is intermittent: sometimes the credit check log opens, and other times it fails with the same error.
