3724936 - Campaign Tag Data Not Available for Reporting in Report Center

Symptom

Customers attempt to generate a report in Report Center that includes Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Campaign Tag information.
However, Campaign Tag fields are not available in any Report Center report format (Table, Canvas, Story, etc.).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance.
  2. Navigate to the Report Center.
  3. Attempt to create a table report using campaign tags.

Cause

This behavior is expected system design.

  • RMK Campaign Tags belong to Recruiting Marketing (RMK) tracking data.
  • These fields are not synchronized into Recruiting Management (RCM/BizX), which is the data source for all Report Center report types.
  • Because Campaign Tag data does not exist within BizX/RCM, Report Center cannot expose or report on it.
  • SAP only provides Campaign Tag analytics through RMK Advanced Analytics, which is built specifically for RMK campaign performance reporting.

Resolution

This is working as designed. Campaign Tag reporting in Report Center is not supported.

Available alternatives:

1. Use RMK Advanced Analytics

  • Campaign Tag reporting is only available in Recruiting Marketing → Advanced Analytics.
  • Customers who need Campaign Tag insights must use this tool.

2. Use CRM Email Campaign Reports (if applicable)

If the requirement can shift to CRM tracking instead of RMK tracking, customers can report on:

  • Email campaign details
  • Candidates included in CRM Email Campaigns

These are available in Recruiting V2 Table Reports within Report Center.
