3724938 - Generate PDF Button not Visible in Attachments work center view in Library work center

The "Generate PDF" button is not visible in the Library work center -> Attachments work center view although it is set as visible in the adaptation.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Library work center
2. Go to the Attachments work center view
3. Click Start Adaptation in the user menu
4. Make Generate PDF visible

Result: The Generate PPDF button is not visible.

The feature needs to be enabled by SAP.

Note

• When the feature is enabled by SAP, Generate PDF becomes available however unless you select at least an item, the button does not appear
• Number of records which can select at one time is 500. If more than 500 records are selected, an error message "No. of records selected should be less than or equal to 500" is displayed
