3724945 - Incoterms location 2 is greyed out and cannot be entered in sales document creation

When creating a sales document, e.g.: a sales order, and entering the 'Incoterms', 'Incoterms Version' and 'Incoterms Location', the field 'Incoterms Location 2' is greyed out and cannot be entered.

On the configuration activity 'Map Incoterms to Versions' (ID: 102355), the mapping is indicating that for the combination of the chosen incoterms + version, the location 2 should be disabled. Example:

• Incoterms Version: 2020
• Incoterms: FOB
• Location Mandatory? Yes
• Location 2 mandatory: Disabled.

The location 2 being set as disabled means that it's not possible to add an incoterms location 2 for Incoterms FOB 2020, which is what is happening in your system.

In the same configuration activity, for the concerned combination of incoterms + version, change 'Location 2 Mandatory' field to 'Optional'.
