3724952 - In Latest People Profile, history records for HRIS Elements are not visible in Mobile App - Employee Central

Symptom

  • When using Latest People Profile, HRIS Elements such as Personal Information, Job Information, and others does not display History button in Mobile App.
  • The History button is available in Legacy People Profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the Mobile app.
  2. Access Employee Profile;
  3. Navigate to any HRIS Element;
  4. Observe that the portlet has only Edit button available and History icon is not displayed.

Cause

Known limitation. 

Resolution

This functionality will be delivered by 1H2026 Release.
