3724958 - User ID Assignment Restrictions in Infotype 0105 During Concurrent Employment

When implementing concurrent employment with multiple active personnel numbers (PERNRs) linked to the same Central Person (CP), users experience the following restrictions:

• Unable to assign the same user ID to multiple PERNRs
• System prevents reassignment of a user ID from one PERNR to another
• Inability to maintain distinct email addresses across concurrent employment contracts when both are linked to the same user ID
• User ID cannot be changed or reassigned once established, even if the original PERNR is delimited or the infotype 0105 entry is deleted
