If your tenants are hosted in a private system, they run on a dedicated environment where only your tenants are hosted. Therefore, both system-level and tenant-level database growth details can be provided.

For Public/Multi-Customer (shared) systems: 

If your tenants are hosted on a public system where multiple customer tenants share the same environment, system-level database growth metrics cannot be provided because the database includes data from all tenants. In such cases, only tenant-specific database growth information can be shared.
