3724966 - CCS: Condition RED1 is not determined during Delta accruals process after upgrade to S/4HANA 2023

Symptom

  • When condition REA1 is maintained with calculation type "Quantity", condition RED1 is not determined during the Delta accruals process.
  • Posting is carried out and accounted for using only condition RED2, which represents the total accruals posted up to date, resulting in the total of the accruals done until the date being negative.
  • This issue occurs for all Sales Condition Contracts with a record condition with calculation type "Quantity".
  • The issue persists regardless of whether the execution is performed via job or manual steps.
  • This issue has been occurring only after the upgrade to version 2023.
