3724995 - "No System Connected" After Successful S/4HANA Configuration in SAP Signavio Process Insights

Symptom

  • PINS application reports "no system connected" although S/4HANA configuration completed without errors
  • Booster re-ran successfully once entitlement issues were resolved
  • Instance and service key were created manually as the booster did not generate them automatically
  • RFC connection set up via PINS_SETUP transaction went through without issues
  • LMS_ID returned successfully in step 4
  • SM37 jobs are scheduling and running as expected
  • The S/4HANA side appears fully configured, yet PINS does not recognize the system
