3725019 - Validation error during catalog CIF upload: “Invalid syntax for field user (ariba.domainvaluepair list): XX”

Symptom

During catalog CIF file upload, the system returns the following validation error:

"Invalid syntax for field user (ariba.domainvaluepair list): XX"

The file fails to load because the value provided in the classification code field does not follow the required syntax for a domain-value pair list.
