3725031 - Incorrect value is synced to EP after HRIS real time sync

After HRIS real time sync, instead of syncing the latest value of EC, value of previous record in EC is synced.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Update position title via manage positions.
2. New job information record is created with a new position title.
3. Ideally the latest position title should be synced to EP, however in fact, the previous position title is synced to EP.

This turns out to be a known legacy issue where the Realtime HRIS sync has some discrepancy in the specific customer scenario. 

The engineering team is aware of this issue and would consider the possible enhancement in future releases after risk analysis.  

Customer can always rely on the result of the delta HRIS sync job to get the right values synced.
