3725032 - Form auto sent to next step after matrix manager change

After matrix manager transfer, the form is auto sent to the new matrix manager, but also auto sent to the next step, when below conditions are met:

• The step where the matrix manager change happens is a single matrix manager step;
• The next step is an I step and matrix manager is included in the step.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

This is current system behavior which occurs under the specific condition.

Workaround

Avoid making matrix manager changes when the current step is a single matrix manager/EX step, and the next step is an iterative step containing the matrix manager/EX role.
