3725039 - Optional Step is missing in Flexible Workflow for Scheduling Agreements - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • When configuring a flexible workflow for scheduling agreements (SA), the "Optional Step" option is not available.
  • The Step Properties tab is missing in the Manage Workflows for Purchase Scheduling Agreements app.
  • The "Optional Step" option is available for other purchasing documents like purchase orders and contracts.
