3725051 - Login issue while accessing CMC through Enterprise login: "Account Information Not Recognized: Enterprise.authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)" and "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

When trying login to CMC:

• Access with Admin Password: Error: "Account Information Not Recognized: Enterprise.authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"
• Access with Blank Password: Error: "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. The login prompt page is never displayed" 

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.X
• SAP BusinessObjects BI 2025
• All supported OS

1. Access to CMC.
2. Login with Password and without Password (Blank).

Post reinstalling CMS DB, Datasource does not get updated. 

Resolution 1:

Try to recreate the existing node by referring: 1730788 - How to recreate an existing SIA in BI 4.x [Video] - SAP for Me 

If this does not fix the issue, Perform:

Resolution 2:

1. Navigate to Central Configuration Manager(CCM).
2. Stop the SIA(Server Intelligence agent).
3. Right click on SIA, Go to properties.
4. In properties, Navigate to Sub header "Configuration".
5. In Configuration, You will be seeing "CMS System Database Configuration", Next to it there will be specify option.
6. Update your Data Source clicking on it which will further proceed with Database credentials, Provide them and update the Data Source.

It will display like this:

NOTE: The above screenshot is just for reference on Updating Data Source. This can be different on machines used by other users
